It is not a coincidence that MSNBC chooses a negative teaser to spark interest on its MSN home page. But 'might not' isn't news is it? It hasn't happened yet, has it? It hasn't been discussed in Congress or adjusted to increase savings, has it?

Cost-cutting should start and stop at the top...then we need to raise taxes on ourselves. We have an income shortage because of job-loss

However, I think teachers should have the right to have a child removed bodily if the circumstances call for it.
